Not only do you learn about this delicious traditional Spanish dish, Sarah goes into the history of her beautiful family home, the fresh ingredients she’s cooking with along with tips and tricks for making paella at home. While your paella is cooking you and other guest are able to sit and enjoy delicious tapas and wine and share experiences and stories together. Once the paella is finished everyone gets to enjoy the magic of this dish! While this is happening, Sarah takes the time to sit with each of you and answer any questions you have! This was truly an experience that we will remember for many years to come and a huge highlight of our entire Spain vacation.
Ellen11 April 2024I could not recommended this experience enough. Sarah was so thoughtful and did a wonderful job explaining and teaching how to make paella. All while in her families home!! It truly is a secret garden. You have no idea what you’re about to walk into off the street door! The group was so wonderful and the wine, appetizers, and paella was so so delicious!! And to say you as a group made it was also super fun to enjoy

They explained everything thoroughly, the paella was very tasty and it was just a lovely afternoon with paella, tapas and wine. I feel ready and excited to tackle paella at home! Highlight of Barcelona for sure!
Lara9 April 2024Absolutely loved this experience. We took our 4 high school/college kids and they had a blast. The location is magical, and and Sara was wonderful instructor. We all enjoyed how intimate and casual the evening was. Both of the Paellas we made were delicious.

Mak6 April 2024Vivimos en las afueras de Barcelona y fue una experiencia muy bonita. Sara nos enseñó a hacer la paella que podríamos hacer en nuestra casa. Además un rico aperitivo mientras se cocía el arroz que nos permitió conocer gente de otras partes del mundo. Sin duda una experiencia auténtica tanto si vienes de fuera de España o no.
